St. Lawrence University
St Lawrence University was founded in 1856 by the Universalist Church and is the oldest coeducational institute of higher education in New York State. They first introduced an international study program in 1964 and its aim is to provide a vibrant atmosphere where students can pursue a relevant and engaging liberal arts bachelor's degree. The University has continued to grow over the years. It currently has more than 2,464 students enrolled from 43 states and 51 countries.
The campus is spread across 100 acres with over 94 buildings and 99% of the student population lives on campus. There are several clubs and organisations available for students to get involved with, inclding more than 25 clubs and intramural teams in basketball, ice hockey, tennis, and football. The University also has a state-of-the-art athletics complex for students. The International Student Services offers financial, academic and social support to international students.
