        2013-2015, Master’s Degree

WIDENER is a DIAMOND in the Rough!

I loved being at Widener. I loved to hear what undergrads were doing and to hear all the excitement that was happening on campus. I loved to hear about the football games, student president for a day and best of all the ice cream social all over campus. The teaching was by professors not TAs and they were very interested and concerned about their students. I am a college admissions consultant and I have made others aware of Widener.... now I am going to broaden the base and recommend it to my students. I LOVED my experience at this school! This school prepared me so well, that what others see as a challenge right now, is something I can do on the back of my hand and ready to embrace! I studied undergrad at USC and another grad program at UCLA. I would put Widener next to these two school any day!

        1984-1996, Bachelor's degree

Widener gave me the skills and knowledge to be Successful!

Widener looked at my past experience, past education and provided me with the best curriculum. It took me 9 years to complete my AS degree and 12 years to complete my BS degree in Business Administration as part time student who was working full time and raising 4 children. My eldest son also graduated from Widener with a Mechanical Engineering degree the year after I graduated. The professors were the KEY -- they brought real life experience to every course - they worked in their field and shared that knowledge with the students. The personal attention was the second major point. I always recommend Widener to anyone who is undecided on which school to attend.
