My education gave me a foundation for launching in new directions beyond my BA in Social Work. Graduate course work furthered my love of nutrition enabling me to start a private practice in nutrition, www.SimplyHealthLLC.com, working with a varied client base, in person and by phone or Skype.

I was a college hopper. Working, saving money, going to school, repeat. So I attended 3 colleges to get my B.A. WSU was the final one and the one I was at the longest. It finally fit what I wanted and needed in a school. A great all around education, a campus that wasn't so large I couldn't walk it without a bottle of water in case I got lost and friendly people. I suggest WSU to anyone but especially those who want to go to a state school but don't want to deal with the large campus where you are just a number.

WSU is on the move, and bold administrative leadership and a capable faculty ensure it will continue to play an important role in the State of Kansas and the world.
