I highly recommend Villanova's HRD Graduate program to any HR professional who is serious about their career development and desires to provide high levels of HR services and knowledge to their organizations. This is not a policy/process writing course but rather a program to develop knowledge contributors and high level business partners.

Looking back 25 years later and realizing the impact that Villanova had on my life, career, friendships and faith. More than the friendships made, the lessons learned, the opportunities provided, it is the ongoing contributions of the University and the focus on serving that is remarkable.

A business acquaintance I met a couple of years ago who used to work at a large Wall Street firm told me the firm did a lot of recruiting at Villanova. And even when the firm cut back on recruiting they would always go to Villanova. I asked him why Villanova? He told me that the firm works with the professors to assure that graduates have the knowledge and skills needed to work in a modern business environment. Both my son and I are Villanova business school graduates and have enjoyed very successful careers. Villanova does an excellent job of preparing student for real world professional careers.
