I attended UW-Whitewater for my entire college career and loved every minute of it. I was both a resident student and later, a commuter. How great to attend a school that allows you to do both. I was part of American Marketing Association, Beta Alpha Psi and the Homecoming Steering Committee. I loved the smaller class sizes that really allowed you to get to know your peers and professors. The campus itself is beautiful and Whitewater prides itself on having the most up to date technology. I have yet to get back to campus to see the 'new' School of Business, but I can only imagine how great it is. If you're looking to enter the business field, you can't go wrong with Whitewater! On that note - I'd love to get back involved with the campus. If any alumni know of any opportunities, please contact me. I'm in the Madison area currently. Thanks!

UW-Whitewater has long been known for their high-quality business and teaching programs. My experience as a Finance major certainly lived up to expectations. What I didn't expect were the wonderful opportunities available in music and the arts, even for those of us focused in other disciplines. I am proud to be a Warhawk! Today, with the huge success of their Division III football team and other sports programs, there are even more reasons to be excited about UW-Whitewater.

Wonderful big school feel without all the party campus feel, academically rigorous yet approachable staff, education department was honest and demanding while providing real work examples, my studies were able to be balanced with work, prepared me for the diverse educational experiences in the field, professors are actual professionals in the field which allowed for true real-life studies not just textbook examples and memorization. I cannot be more proud to be a warhawk! I see how much the university continues to strive to be excellent. I definitely recommend UW-W to anyone in any program who wants REAL LIFE education and not huge memorization experiences!
