School Description

The University of Waterloo was established in 1957, by a group of business leaders. With its main campus in the Waterloo region, the university has a total of four campuses and education centres in North America, Europe and Asia.

The University of Waterloo has over 30,000 students. The main campus in Waterloo cover over 1000 acres and is home to over 100 buildings. The university has received much recognition over the years, and it has been named the most innovative university in Canada for 25 years straight by Maclean's.
