          • Testimony
            2006-2008, EMBA

At Sheffield I studied my second major in economics. During the course I was tutored by some of the best teachers I have met all around the World. Challenging, competent, perfectly prepared, up to date, interesting, and last but not least with perfect sense of humor. Sadly I graduated ;(

          • Testimony
            2002-2005, Bachelor's degree

A fantastically unique mix of academia, facilities & extra curricular programmes that makes this the most wonderful place to spend 3 years of your life. 10 years on, the term 'Sheffield' still gives me a wonderful feeling by association

          • Testimony
            1964-1967, B.Sc. (Hons)

As a novice fresher, Roger asked me whether I really wanted to be at a University? As a working class kid from Bournemouth..I mumbled er, well,er.....then he said well, you'd better start working! Roger was, and still is, an absolutely brilliant maths teacher. He inspired me and my close friend at that time (1964), John Cole. Thanks to now our great friend Roger (who also taught me to drive), I graduated from Sheffield with a 2.1, and John with a First. John turned out to be CEO of one of the biggest companies in Europe. Me? Thanks to Roger & Sheffield I gathered a number of titles...B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. Prof., Hon.Doc.,CEO etc...which mean little without great friends and memories.
