University of Rhode Island - Master's Degree
The University of Rhode Island was established in 1888, as an agricultural school. Four years later it became known as the Rhode Island College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts. The college went through many developments over the years, as well as a few name changes. The campus also has the Oliver Watson House Museum, which is the oldest structure on campus having been built around 1796.
The University of Rhode Island has nearly 17,000 students that represent 42 US states and 67 different nations. URI offers students a unique student life both on and off campus. Some of the activities that students can engage in includes going to the beach, seeing a play at the Fine Arts Center, or joining one of many club sports on campus.
