An excellent choice for math or statisticsWhen I finally decided to go back to school and finish my degree, I was dismayed to find that no one offered a bachelor's level Statistics degree in an online format. We have a lot of excellent universities in my area, but none of them offer upper-division math or statistics courses at night, and I couldn't afford to quit my job and return to school. The UIS program in Mathematical Sciences offers a choice of either a pure mathematics concentration or a statistics concentration, and the entire degree can be completed online, so it was a perfect choice for my situation.

Not just handing the degree, but really improve your capacityI received a Doctor of Public Administration from the UIS. The campus locates in Springfield which is the capital city of the State of Illinois; it's a perfect place to learn public administration especailly at the state level. Furthermore, the campus has a policy center where we as a student has a chance to engage in various state-local outreach projects, a perfect way to learn from both theory and practices. UIS also cares for its students: the dorms are nice and the professors care about our learning processes. Most important, the courses and grades are at high standards compared to others out there and that is what really matters for going to higher education. the UIS really improves us to be a competent workforce participant instead of just simply handing the degree! Thanks UIS.
