Seriously, few Universities offer such a rich education with very competent teachers and top notch technology and in a bilingual environment just a step away from Ottawa. There will be lots of civil servants in Class and one can sit in the library and look out on the Ottawa River from Québec. It's worth the try!

I got my master's degree in project management and I must admit that several courses were really excellent caliber. One of the first university network to offer the program accredited by the PMI.
