      • Testimony
        2002-2005, Master of Arts

All of my professors were very approachable. Even as an undergrad, it was very easy to walk into the department chair's office and talk with him about issues. He remembered my name and what I was personally interested in. Other Texas public universities do not expect their undergraduates to obtain this type of personal attention. You are just lucky if a professor teaches the class. The campus itself was overall very safe to walk around--including alone. There is a Kroger down the street from campus and the university is now hooked up to public transit.

      • Testimony
        2014-2018, Bachelor's Degree

I have always loved learning new things, but TWU made me even more passionate about gaining knowledge. The faculty and staff provide so many opportunities for students to get involved on campus and contribute to the school as a whole. Professors clearly care about their students' learning outcomes and there is a high percentage of driven, involved students on campus. I would recommend TWU to any person seeking an undergraduate degree, particularly in the healthcare or education areas.

      • Testimony
        2005-2009, Bachelor of Science

All my classes were small which made them very intimate and personal. The professors truly care and love to get to know the students. I thrived at TWU unlike I had done anywhere else in my life. My classes were full of life and intriguing. It's a fantastic school that I would (and quite often do) recommend to anyone.
