It doesn't get any better than thisIt gave me the opportunity to be apart of a legacy that will never die. I was named Miss Tennessee State University and the love I already had for my university quadrupled, if that's even possible. Every journey is what you make it, I just made this one unforgettable! Thanks State!

A Great SchoolAs a young boy from Ripley, Tennessee, Tennessee State University took a young man from rural West Tennessee and prepared him for a world beyond his belief. Today, I am a pastor, writer, teacher, and publisher. I have owned several businesses in Metro Davidson County. I came to the "Yard" in 1968 and graduated with a B.S. in Music Education. Go Big Blue!

Competitive Education and great instructors in many of the departments! As a non-traditional student attending college for the first time in my 30's, I found TSU to be perfect for me, in that it had a very diverse student body and teaching staff, and a beautiful history.
