My experience as a graduate student at SU was just great. Syracuse has it all. the really appreciate and promote diversity of cultures and ideas. As long as you decide to take advantage of the many resources available and the talented academic staff, you will graduate ready to compete with the best of the best.

The working environment and open attitude all around and especially in research. Great Labs where i spend 2 of the most active years of my life.

SU was just a fantastic experience for me. From Greek Life to life long friends that I still have today. Not to minimize some of the most challenging courses I had at the IST school and Maxwell (yes double major). I fell in love with computers and operating systems almost 30 years ago. Wrote my first interpreter (in Pascal) along with other killer courses in APL and LISP - Geek time!! Balanced that out with a Geography major at Maxwell. Thought I'd be in cartography/GIS for the Govt using SAS which I also learned at SU. Syracuse Rocks!
