Excellent Job Prospects To Be HadA great program if you want to get certified as a teacher and work on your master's degree. The college is military friendly and is a very flexible program that allows for teacher candidates to achieve their objective.

This has been my first full year at SNC and I love it. Our school is a lovely small campus that is well maintained and class sizes (although they do vary) generally are pretty small. I really do not consider 30 people in a class to be large. I live on campus and wouldn't want it any other way! It's convient and their dorms do not feel like any other dorms I have ever been to. Each room has its own bathroom and closet. I also love that there are so many ways to make your room fit your needs. My roommate and I built king-sized bunk beds! All in all, SNC is a wonderful school...I am sad that I only have one year left! If you are looking for a school where you WILL know everyone on a personal basis including the teachers and staff then SNC may be a good place for you.

This is a beautiful college in an amazing location. Additionally, SNC has a good reputation and would be a wonderful place to get a solid, liberal arts education. Even in our highly specialized, highly technical world, the value of a strong liberal arts background will set you up for success--and a well balanced life. Sierra Nevada offers a unique option for a thoughtful student.
