Shenandoah University - Master's Degree
Shenandoah University has a long history which dates back to 1875, when Shenandoah High School opened in Dayton, Virginia. The School has evolved considerably over the year and undergone several name changes. In 1876 the school was renamed, Shenandoah Seminary; re-chartered as Shenandoah Institute in 1884; renamed Shenandoah Collegiate Institute and School of Music in 1902 and changed its name from a Collegiate Institute to a College in 1925. The institution changed its name yet again to Shenandoah College and Conservatory in 1976 and finally changed to Shenandoah University on Jan 1, 1991.
Today the Shenandoah University offers over 90 programs in its seven schools of Arts and Sciences; Business; Nursing; Pharmacy; Health Professions; Education and Human Development; and the Shenandoah Conservatory.
