            2014-2018, Bachelor of Business Administration

This school helped me a lot with my admission process. I never dreamt coming to the states and pursuing my studies here. I am a business major at SPU and I can say its really good. They have excellent staffs, professors, great library and good food. I am from Mauritius, for those who don't know, its a tiny island in the Indian Ocean which is to the south east of Madagascar. I flew all the way there to come at SPU and maybe its one of the best decision Ive ever made.

            1984-1986, Bachelor's Degree

In 1983 I checked out nursing program in the Puget Sound area. One said, Humm well you can come and we will give you some information if you have time. The second most prestigious one acted as if they did not believe I could make it. So I called SPU. wow! They asked if I could come in and they would do all they could to see if they could help me in my goals! They did just that for all three years. They had the greatest staff, professors and others I could have asked for. I received the best nursing education one could want and went on the have a great career. I cannot thank them enough. I am proud to be an alumni. Retired now I still have fond memories of SPU

            1994-1996, Master's Degree

After returning from Peace Corps service, I decided on SPU for a Teaching Master's. Later, after returning to the corporate world, I returned to SPU for an MBA. Neither experience was easy, but it was what I needed to be successful. I have my own tutoring business and run a wave energy company as well. All the skills I learned help me with these businesses and are essential in running a nonprofit organization I am a part of as well. Invaluable experiences, professors who care, and hours that offset the regular work day made it possible. SPU was also gracious to accept a Bachelors degree from a non- accredited Christian college because they saw the value of the degree even though the government didn't. I'd recommend SPU to Christians and others alike.
