Excellence in Education.NSCAD has been a leader in the education of artists and art educators for a very long time . The mistake government makes is to treat education and art as a commodity investment instead of recognizing the fact that these things are investments in the future of our people and with that , our country.

A school that truly nurtures and feeds your creativityI wanted and searched for a university that would place being inspired as a creative first, that understood the sensitive nature of art and design practices and accordingly shaped the academic framework around this. NSCAD is this and more. I felt fully supported while at the same time inspired to grow as a designer and open to puruse my education, at my pace, and in methods unique to my needs and vision. It is a special school in a special place and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a solid and supporting education in the arts or design practices.
