Marquette University - Master's Degree

Marquette University is a Catholic, Jesuit university located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Marquette offers 80 majors and 78 minors at the undergraduate level, and 66 graduate level programs. Marquette consists of 11 schools and colleges that include, Klinger College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business Administration, School of Dentistry, Opus College of Engineering, and the College of Nursing.

School Description

Marquette University was established in 1881 as Marquette College. It was built on the rich foundation of ST. Ignatius Loyola and the Society of Jesus, and is named after Jacques Marquette, who was a French missionary and explorer in North America. One of the more famous Marquette alumni includes NBA superstar Dwayne Wade.

Marquette University has over 11,000 students that represent 72 different countries. The Office of International Education helps promote internationalization, by assisting international students and offering unique study abroad programs. Marquette has gone through many improvements and growth over the years, and today it is ranked 86th in the latest list of America's Best Colleges, which is released by U.S. News and World Report.
