1976-1977, Undergraduate Studies
I found the courses demanding and the professors provided valuable insights. The program is completely on line. The Capstone Project was very demanding and required significant statistical analysis and research. In my case I had attended college off and on for most of my life but had never completed a degree. Like others I found that the lack of a formal degree shut me out from consideration for senior positions in spite of having completed highly complex projects, and managing larger groups. Bryan professors were understanding on a couple of occasions where career or business travel delayed a submission. Students should plan on spending 30 or more hours per week on course work in order to complete the program on time. While this leaves little time for other activities, I was able to complete the program in under two years.
, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
Bryan was small enough that I felt unnoticed but it was also big enough that lots of activities and majors were offered. My education as an English major was excellent and really prepared me for my teaching career. The classes challenged me on several levels. The professor/student relationships were genuinely supportive both in the classroom and outside of it. "Christ Above All" is lived out every day on campus in a variety of ways. I highly recommend my Alma mater to everyoneK
2013-2015, Bachelor of Science (BS)
I work full time and have a full time life so getting to go back to school was just a dream until I contacted Bryan. I am able to get my school work finished and still get everything complete. The Aspire program is great. The class load is manageable. I am able to see a light at the end of my B.S. degree dream. Thanks Bryan!
