I found Berry not only to be highly competitive in academia but in compassion as well. They go above and beyond to help their students finish their education as best they can. They may find you a good student work job on campus or help you find grants or scholarships you are eligible for you would not have found yourself. They push you to succeed and show genuine pride when you meet your goals.

Berry is one of a handful of colleges in the world that helps prepare students for the three most critical life skills: distilling a purpose for your life; developing a stellar work ethic; and acquiring a thirst to learn more each day. Warren Buffett is quoted as saying,"Somebody once said that in looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if you don’t have the first, the other two will kill you. You think about it; it’s true. If you hire somebody without [integrity], you really want them to be dumb and lazy.” Graduates who evolve through this fairly unique educational process often understand that there is a special difference in the positive character development that occurs while at Berry.
