School Description

Illinois College is home to approximately 1, 000 students from over 30 countries around the world and offers bachelor's degree programs in a wide range of subject areas including biological and biomedical sciences, business, management, marketing, psychology, English language and literature. Through IC's innovative curriculum, key skills such as civic engagement and problem-solving are embedded in the students. Global learning is encouraged at IC through its Breakaway programs for 3-4 weeks or study abroad programs for a semester which gives students an opportunity to be part of an inclusive and diverse community. IC has several housing options available to students which include seven centrally located residence halls, 23 apartments, and nine campus-owned houses. The accommodations are all outfitted with air conditioners, cable TV, free in-house printing and common lounges. Students also have access to dining rooms, libraries, recreation centers, career services, and seminars. IC students can get involved in a range of extracurricular and co-curricular activities such as leadership programs, volunteer programs, student organizations, community service, historic literary societies and many more!
