St. Clair College was founded in the year 1966 in line with the provincial initiative taken within Ontario region to encourage establishment of Applied Arts and Technology institutes. The college started with the aim to offer career-driven certificate and diploma courses to the local community.
Today St. Clair College celebrates 50 years of providing quality education and certified applied arts and technical training to local communities and beyond. St. Clair College accommodates the academic interest of its over 10,000 students by providing more than 120 advanced diplomas, graduate certificates and degree programmes in disciplines such as Business, Health, Technology and Social Sciences. St. Clair College's modern facilities includes a state-of-the-art computer lab large enough to serve 300 students.
