School Description

Canadore College was founded in the year 1967 as a campus of Sudbury's Cambrian College. In the year 1972, after passing of a legislature by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, Canadore College received the status of an independent higher education institution.

Today, Canadore College has extended its higher education network with its four campuses viz; Aviation Technology Campus, Education Centre (College Drive Campus) in North Bay, Ontario, Commerce Court Campus and one campus in Parry Sound, Ontario. Canadore College offers more than 65 programmes at the diploma level in key academic disciplines such as Business, Law, Sciences, Media, Culinary Arts and more. Canadore College's four campuses altogether enroll more than 4,500 students annually.
