Cogswell Polytechnical College

School Description

Cogswell Polytechnical College was founded in March 19, 1887, when Dr. and Mrs. Cogswell executed a trust deed setting apart real property (valued at approximately one million dollars) to establish and endow Cogswell College. Over the years the College has had six campuses; it moved to its current location in North San Jose in 2015.

Cogswell College is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission. It offers Bachelors of Science, Bachelors of Arts & BBA degrees as well as a MA degree. It also offers its students internship in local industry under the coordination of the Career Development Office.
