Clarkson College
School Description
Clarkson College was established in 1888 with the purpose of being a school of nursing. It was the first such school in the state of Nebraska, and over the years, the campus and academic curriculm expanded, but the institution is still committed to its original purpose, of preparing students for different areas in health care.
Clarkson College has over 1,200 students enrolled in 2016. Students can find many services on campus that includes tutoring, personal and academic counseling, and many workshops that help build a wide range of skills. In addition, the Student Activities Council (SAC) which is made up of both students and staff, provides students with a variety of entertainment and events on campus.
