Claremont McKenna College is an independent, coeducational, and private liberal arts college with a curricular emphasis on economics, government, and public affairs.It was founded as a men's college in 1946, but became coeducational in 1976. Some notable alumni are: Co-founder of Ethos Water and Vice President of Starbucks, Peter Thum; Comedian Robin Williams; Governor of the State of Montana Steve Bullock, and many others.
