School Description

Castleton University (Castleton) is home to more than 2,000 students from over 40 countries. Castleton offers a wide range of bachelor's degree programs in areas including Art, Economics, Criminal Justice, Nursing and Sociology. Castleton offers on-campus accommodation in eleven residence halls, where students can choose from a variety of meal plans. Students can join any of the 40 clubs or club sports on campus through The Student Government Association (SGA). Castleton hosts a variety of educational and cultural events throughout the year, including lectures, musical concerts and conferences which students can attend. The International Student Office (ISO) hosts a special orientation program designed to help international students with their social, cultural, and academic transition to Castleton University. The ISO also helps students with non-immigration and student life advising, on-campus employment and organizing off-campus trips. Additionally, students have access to the Community Engagement Center and Fitness Center, along with the Art and Athletic facilities.
