The computer science degree requires a minimum of 124 credit hours, which can be completed in four years. The program curriculum consists of essential courses in computer software and hardware components, computer architecture, data structures, graphics, algorithms and software engineering. Students can select specialized courses as they progress through the curriculum that include topics such as programming, application design, networking and operating systems. The program can culminate with project opportunities, which can allow students to apply their newfound knowledge and skillsets to developing and presenting research projects.
