School Description

Bahçeşehir University (BAU) was established in 1998 and has over 13,000 students, 1,047 academics and 506 administrative personnel at the university, and more than 193 international partners. As a member of BAU Global Network, BAU allows students to continue their education on campuses overseas and provides all support related to the programmes. Transportation to BAU is quite easy, a free shuttle service to students and scholars with boats shuttle between its two campuses located in the heart of Istanbul, Besiktas North, Beşiktaş South, Göztepe and Galata.

Bahçeşehir University (BAU) is considered one of the best privately owned universities in Turkey and is found on the list of top 20 Universities in Turkey. The University has 6 campuses outside of Turkey. 2 in the US (Washington DC and Boston), 1 in Canada (Toronto), 1 in Italy (Rome), 1 in Germany (Berlin) and 1 in China (Hong Kong). The university has more than 193 international partners and has cooperations with world known universities like Harvard University.
