School Description

Virginia Tech (VT) is home to over 29,000 students and offers 110 bachelor’s degree programs in various fields including Accounting and Information Systems, Aerospace Engineering, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Management and Criminology. VT has 47 residence halls on-campus with amenities such as laundry facilities and volleyball courts, along with a variety of dining options and meal plans. There are plenty of student facilities available on campus such as the Health and Wellness Center, to ensure the well-being of students; The Cultural and Community Centers help students from different backgrounds and ethnicities to develop cultural competence amongst other students at Virginia Tech. Students have the option to join a variety of clubs and organizations on-campus or take part in community service programs offered by VT Engage. Additionally, The office of Career and Professional Development helps students build resumes and get internships to explore future career opportunities.
