USD is a high quality state university!YYUSD is a small state institution of higher education where the student to professor ratio is small enough to truly make a difference in the quality of education that graduates have received compared to larger state universities.

USD Prepared MeYYUSD prepared me for what ended up being a successful 30+ year career in federal law enforcement. The CJ and Soc Programs at the time had the necessary curriculum to prepare me and others for a law enforcement career. Great Education ValueYYA great school that has more to offer than what you would expect from a small population state. There were many opportunities to participate in a wide variety of activities. The education I received prepared me to immediately jump right in to work situations that were, and still are, relevant.
