            1982-1984, BA

            San Jose State University

Associated Students, SJSU I cut my teeth in 1980's where I met so many hard working people that went on to have families, workers for private industries, and we created an atmosphere l of the can do spirit. Students voted to spend money to build a great recreation facility, and I was proud to meet my wife there and be a part of a great community that is not afraid to roll up our sleeves and get Eric done. Thank you SJSU, you rock on in my heart

            2005-2009, Bachelor of Arts (BA)

            Incredible writing program

I met an outstanding number of authors here and the most amazing part is that so many of my classmates have grown into notable and successful authors. An invaluable educational experience. From the writing workshops, to the visiting authors, to the grammar lessons, to the guest speakers I learned not only how to be a writer but that I could be an author.
