School Description

Roosevelt University (RU) is home to students from diverse nationalities and offers over 50 bachelor’s degree programs in a wide range of fields including accounting, acting, actuarial science, biochemistry, biology, brass, chemistry, classical guitar, computer science, criminal justice, cyber and information security, data analytics, early childhood education, economics, educational studies, integrated marketing communications, and many more. The accommodations available at RU are luxurious and very comfortable with living spaces available for all freshmen and transfer students. The International Student Association helps educate students about the city and provides an avenue for both new and old students to meet new friends. In addition, many student clubs exist to cater to the social needs of students of diverse interests. There is also the Office of International Programs which orientates and eases students into the new university experience. The university’s fitness center; the Barry Crown Fitness Center is fully-fitted with cardio equipment, weight machines, dance studio, and full locker rooms that helps keep students mentally and physically fit.
