NewSchool of Architecture and Design - Bachelor's Degree
The NewSchool of Architecture & Design was founded in 1980 Richard Welsh in an industrial building n Chula Vista, California. The vision of this institution was to create an environment that produced superb professional educational program that culminated with the bachelor of Architecture degree. In 2008, the school was then acquired by Laureate Education, Inc., a global network of more than 70 accredited campus-based and online universities offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs to more than 1,000,000 students around the world. NewSchool already had a highly regarded architecture and design programs at the time and hence this was a good fit to the Laureate Education, Inc.
By carrying on the proud tradition of Richard Welsh, the professional faculty at NewSchool have developed degree programs in architecture and other rewarding fields, giving its students the opportunity to grow creativity and professionally. Although the school has been acquired by different companies over the years, it holds true to the traditions set by Richard Welsh.
