Kudos to MHCCMHCC was a positive experience for me as a woman who was in transition (1997-2001). The counseling I received from the staff, and my instructors was extremely helpful They helped me through learning difficulties due to a mild traumatic brain injury I had as a child. MHCC taught me new study skills and helped me to overcome obstacles in learning. I was invited to be on the Dean's list, became a Phi Thetta Kappa officer and graduated with honors. The President of MHCC (Dr. Silverman) gave me an excellent letter of recommendation. MHCC is a wonderful place for anyone who wants to have a quality educational experience. Thanks to everyone who helped me at MHCC.Carlene ThorpeCarlene Thorpe----1997 – 2001, Associate of Arts (A.A.)
