          • Testimony
2004-2008, Bachelor of Arts (BA) English & History

I am one of the many Mount Holyoke alumnae who never thought I would end up at a women's college -- but I can honestly say that attending MHC was one of the best decisions I ever made. I grew in ways I never thought possible over my four years there, and I'm still growing thanks to the support of the incredible lifelong friendships I made there.

          • Testimony
1994-1997, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Romance Languages and Literatures

The best 4 years of my life were spent at Mount Holyoke. I would recommend my beloved alma mater to any young woman that wants to find her voice and to be encouraged to achieve great things. It is here that I truly learned how to learn. As a student at MHC, I was exposed to so many wonderful things - fields of study, languages, cultures, foods, music, films, etc. My provincial hometown perspective was blown away as I acclimated to living in a truly multicultural community. My junior year abroad in Paris, France was a life changing experience. I was so blessed to have had the chance to go to MHC - still my proudest achievement to date. One visit to the campus and you will be hooked.

          • Testimony
            1993-1996, BA, Critical Social Thought

Mount Holyoke College played a very critical role in my intellectual growth. Eighteen years after I have graduated, I am back here visiting and seeing how knowledge about the world continues to be shared. I also just learned that in the Fall of 2014, the entering class will comprise if 30% international students and 30% ALANA students. Last year there were 25% international students. So one can just imagine what kind of knowledge is shared and learned in such a diverse environment. If I had a daughter, I would love for her to go to Mount Holyoke College...because I have witnessed firsthand the quality of education I received and how that tradition continues to thrive even today.
