Marshall University (MU) has produced over 91,120 students from more than 56 different countries and offers 59 bachelor’s degree programs in a wide range of subject areas including communication studies, computer science, criminal justice & criminology, cytotechnology, dietetics, digital forensics & information assurance, economics, international economics, education, Appalachian studies, anthropology, art, athletic training, applied mathematics, accounting, allied arts, music, advertising and public relations, chemistry, communication disorders, environmental chemistry, environmental science, transportation technology, and many more. MU has living areas large enough to accommodate all its students. So, accommodations that are walking distances from the lecture halls are guaranteed for all new students. MU accommodation is quite affordable and includes utility bills such as cable TV, Wi-Fi, computer labs, and newspaper supply. MU encourages students to be involved in extracurricular activities and there are numerous students ensure an all-round development of the students including sports fencing club, men’s and women’s lacrosse, hockey, men’s and women’s rugby, tennis, cycling, wrestling, and equestrian. In addition, the university accommodates 230 recognized student organizations and students are at liberty to join any of the clubs that aligns with their goals and/or beliefs
