School Description

Lethbridge College was established in 1957, and it was the first publicly-funded community college in Canada. The college will celebrate its 60th anniversary in style, by having a 60 week celebration of everyone that has helped grow the college to what it is today.

Lethbridge College has its main campus in Lethbridge, with regional campuses located in Claresholm, Pincher Creek and Vulcan County. Lethbridge College offers university preparatory studies, vocational and career training and university leading transfer degrees in 50 areas of study leading to certificates, diplomas and bachelor's degrees. The campus provides many facilities and services to its students, which includes the Lethbridge College Library, and a bookstore. The college offers a unique learning experience, with classes offered in either a small group or in an individual study.
