          • Testimony
            1978-1982, BA

I liked the beauty of the location, close to my cowtown, the make up of the student population (even though it lacked much diversity in '78 - hell, it hadn't been co-ed 10 when I showed up), the beauty of the campus, the quality of the faculty, and especially the friends I made. PS that Coldwell Banker King Thompson picture was taken 3/13/13 Moritz's joke notwithstanding. :)

          • Testimony
            1972-1976, Bachelor's Degree

kenyon prepared me for success in numerous careers until I finally settled as an educator, well-versed in literature of all periods. It encouraged me to be a writer and to be a life-long learner. My junior year abroad in Tokyo, Japan sparked an interest in cultural diversity and fostered the desire to travel throughout my life at every opportunity. Some may remember me as Tanya Kaplan Butler.

            1972-1975

Kenyon did not train me for a job--- it educated me for a well-lived, accomplished and fulfilling life. I treasure-- and miss-- the days when my sole "job" was to explore great books, fascinating ideas and differing points of view. Kenyon remains a vital part of me 40 years after I graduated.
