School Description

Ferris State University is home to over 13,000 students that choose from a wide range of bachelor’s degree programs including Digital Animation and Game Design, Information Security and Intelligence, Plastics Engineering Technology, and Architecture and Sustainability. At Ferris, students can benefit from state-of-the-art facilities and technology such as the Information Security and Intelligence Digital Forensics Lab, Television and Digital Media Production Studio, National Elastomer Center, and others. Additionally, the Career Center and the Student Employment Office offer career-planning services, resources for skills development, and employment opportunities. Seventy percent of Ferris students participate in an internship a part of their course of study.     The PGA Golf Management program at Ferris was the first of its kind sanctioned by the PGA of America in 1975.
