            Fairmont State is Home

I would like to provide recommendation for Fairmont State University. As the Associate Director of Career Services at Salisbury University, Salisbury, MD I understand what a valuable education I received as a student there. My association with Fairmont State began as a student in 1973. I completed my bachelors degree in 1977 and truly enjoyed my experience at Fairmont State. I grew up in Barrackville which means Fairmont State was home to me and many of my friends. As a student at FSC (Fairmont State College) I was active in many college-offered activities and it was so easy to know a lot of the students attending. The professors were approachable and helpful and if you truly needed help they were there for you. I would not trade my experience at Fairmont for anything.
