          • 2007-2008, Master's degree

            Start Here. Go Anywhere.

I moved to Emporia three years before attending graduate school at ESU. Beginning with my first interactions with students, alumni and faculty, I became impressed with some of the positive programs and pride associated with the school. During this era, they used the slogan, "Start Here. Go Anywhere." I feel that this slogan perfectly sums up by ESU experience. I joined the Instructional Design & Technology department and won scholarships to study in Thailand & South Korea. My connections with ESU international students opened many doors around the world and have enjoyed working in South Korea for the past six years. I am proud to say that I learned from the great educators at Visser Hall.

          • 2011-2014, Master's Degree

            Excellent Instructional Design Masters Program

I had an exceptional experience completing my Masters in Science in Instructional Design & Technology. I did the online program and I received great support when requested. My husband is currently attending so you know we love the school.

          • 1986-1989, Bachelor of Science

            Smaller more personal class sizes

Because it was a much smaller university, it was easier to be a person and not just a number. Most of your instructors knew your name and took pride in helping you gain your degree. Loved going to school there.
