            Unique Education

You won't find two alike professors here or students for that matter. Dixie is diversity. There are people of all ages and backgrounds. On one hand, you have a university in the middle of an arid desert, on the other you have a completely green campus. The air is fresh and the teachers are an older crowd but they do know what they're talking about. Education is a breeze when everyone is there to help you. Thanks Dixie.

            Personal Time and Attention

I transferred to Dixie State halfway finished with my undergrad work. I did so just after they announced the new 4-year Psychology degree. I was very excited about hopefully being able to form close working relationships with and obtaining beneficial experiences from faculty members, thanks to a still-low student:faculty ratio. I wasn't disappointed. Four years later and two years after graduating, I'm still reaping the benefits and learning experiences from the relationships that I formed with the DSU faculty. Opportunities to work closely with faculty members mean more significant and long-lasting learning experiences.
