School Description

College of Charleston (CofC) has a total student enrollment of about 11,000 students. Through its six undergraduate academic schools, the offers bachelor's degree in diverse fields of study that cut across anthropology, international business, accounting, communication, marketing, public health, sociology, languages and computer sciences. The College is committed to helping the students achieve their potentials through its innovative teaching methods, meaningful research, academic mentors and advisors. At Charleston, bachelor's degree students also have the freedom to mix and match their academic interests to create unique and intellectually stimulating courses of study. The College offers a range of residence halls and historic homes for a unique on-campus experience. All residences are fully furnished and students get to enjoy laundry services, free Wi-Fi, and common areas. Fast and flexible dining options are also provided. There are more than 200 students clubs and organizations, sports clubs, and a media organization that controls the campus television studio, radio station, the newsroom. Academic advising center, career center, the center for disability services, cultural diversity and many other services are also available to the students.
