          • Testimony
            1951-1954, BA

            Expanded my horizons

Beloit provided me with exposure to stimulating classes, opportunities in radio (Yawn with Jane) and theater and friends for a lifetime (who made this New Yorker feel at home)

          • Testimony
            2000-2003, Bachelor Of Science

Taught me more than other schools

While I did continue my education after Beloit, the skills I learned there carry with me to this day. When I was asked what I took from Beloit I told this person that I learned to think at Beloit. As simple as that. Critical thinking was never stressed at either UW or UGA (classroom settings) like it was everywhere at Beloit.

          • Testimony
            1981-1985, BA

            A life changing experience

I loved being a part of a small school with fantastic professors who actually knew me and really cared. Equally as important was being a part of a diverse student community that taught me as much about life as the professors themselves.
