Austin Peay State University: A Blend of Community & Higher Education
I loved that the campus was friendly and that it was so closely tied with happenings within Clarksville and Fort Campbell. The professors were wonderful because they were always up for learning and taking the subject matter to the next level. I was never afraid to ask a question.

Family Heritage
For me Austin Peay was more than a school, it was a heritage and a family legacy. I was the 4th generation to attend and receive my degree. My education extended far beyond what I learned in the classrooms. My friendships, relationships and experiences all served to prepare me for my career and life after college. I am proud to be a Governor and never miss an opportunity to brag on The Play and I am proud to see my family legacy continue with my son and the 5th generation Ballard attending in the fall! Let's Go Peay!
