Marketing (Arizona State University)
The four-year BS of marketing program at Arizona State University provides students the opportunity to study marketing topics, including consumer science, analytics, and communication, with a focus on building leadership and decision-making skills.
In completing 120 credit hours, students will learn what it takes to help an organization thrive while becoming a solutions innovator themselves. Course instruction includes practicing leadership and management skills, applying modern technology to design marketing strategies, studying influencing methods, as well as driving business performance. Student creativity and innovation is encouraged through hands-on coursework requirements.
Throughout a student’s course of study, a concentration in professional sales or digital and integrated marketing communications can be pursued to fulfill a more specified marketing education experience. Upon program completion, graduates can pursue various careers in the marketing industry. Common career paths include advertising, brand management, consumer behavior, digital marketing, international business, marketing research, sales, relationship management, social media and content marketing, and many more.
