Program Description
To complete a Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of health administration, you must successfully finish 120 credit hours at Arizona State University, with 45 of those credits from upper-level courses, numbered 300 or higher. This business degree has a health care focus, and usually takes students four years to complete. Students will take a broad cross-section of business, economics and English core classes and learn health care management and leadership skills. Foundational degree courses include business law and ethics, finance, global supply, problem-solving, marketing and more.
ASU’s business degree in health care includes your choice of one of five tracks, which focus on analytics, community, coordination, delivery and innovation. Graduates of this program are qualified to undertake a variety of careers, from health education to general management, marketing, public relation, social services, regulatory affairs and more. Students can pursue this degree through courses offered on campus or completely online.
