Accountancy (Arizona State University)
The W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University offers a degree program for those interested in accountancy studies. The four-year program requires students to complete 120 credit hours in order to earn a Bachelor of Science degree that can help them achieve a career path such as financial analyst, accountant, auditor, treasurer and business teacher.
Through a cooperative learning environment and a program that is updated regularly, students may engage in course study which can enhance team-building abilities, analytical thinking and communication skills. Throughout the curriculum, students may take courses designed by professionals and academics to best prepare them for entry into their chosen career path, whether it be government work or something in the private sector. Some of the courses offered include financial accounting, global supply chain management, principles of auditing, business law and ethics for managers. With an excellent knowledge of accountancy, graduates may be well equipped to enter a competitive and growing workforce.
ASU's academic programs are spread across campuses in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area; however, unlike most multi-campus institutions, the campuses of ASU are all individually different- each has its own distinct function to fulfill in line with the university's mission.Read more About this school
