A Parent’s Perspective: Susan O’Connell, parent of James O’Connell, BA in International Business:
“Throughout the college search, American College of Dublin seemed to be the perfect choice for my son. As an International business major, he would be set apart from others having international experience in study and living. Dublin is a friendly town with an International feel with residents and students from all over the world. Business has been growing in Dublin for a number of years so the contacts post-college is beneficial. The College itself is appealing due to the small size. The personal attention is a benefit. Discussion and questions welcome. There is an intellectual approach to the subject matter.” She adds that her son’s experience at ACD sets him apart from the rest. “His resume conveys an individual who is an independent thinker with the maturity to handle moving abroad and making his life work for himself in a positive way. With the rising cost of a college education, ACD is priced much lower than most with the obvious advantage of learning in and outside the classroom. I could not be more pleased with the results of him graduating from ACD.”
American College Dublin is an excellent academic institution where students are encouraged to make the most out of the college experience.
